Founder & CEO, Ventures

Siddharth Sazzala is the Founder & CEO of Ventures, a business advisory and consulting firm focused on helping companies strengthen strategy, accelerate growth, and execute high-impact initiatives. Under his leadership, Ventures has grown into a five-figure business and has provided advisory services to more than 50 startups, including a fintech company managing approximately $80 million in assets.

His experience spans business strategy, finance, market analysis, growth, and operational execution. In addition to leading Ventures, Siddharth works with LiveSwitch, where he has supported strategic initiatives, business development, and program operations while working directly with experienced technology entrepreneur Brian Hamilton, founder of Sageworks, which was later acquired by Accel-KKR.

Siddharth also serves as a Venture Scout with LvlUp Ventures, focusing on industrial and manufacturing opportunities across European markets. His work across consulting, venture capital, fintech, and technology gives him a multidisciplinary perspective on the challenges companies face as they scale.

Through Ventures, Siddharth works with founders, executives, and organizations seeking practical, execution-oriented support across growth strategy, financial analysis, business development, market intelligence, and operational improvement.
